Is parking available nearby?

Street parking is available free of charge. To use it, please provide your vehicle's licence plate number before your arrival: this will allow us to generate the required permit.

How much is the tourist tax?

Accepted Answer

The tourist tax is €2.00 per person per night. Children under 10 years of age are exempt. The tax applies for the entire duration of the stay, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.

Is late check-in (after 6 pm) available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with prior notice. Please contact our host at +39 351 060 6960 to let us know your expected arrival time.

Can I arrive before 3 pm?

Accepted Answer

We cannot guarantee the apartment will be ready before 3 pm, as we need sufficient time to clean, tidy, and prepare it to the highest standard after previous guests. We will do our best, but if it is not possible, we offer the option to leave your luggage in our storage room while you wait for check-in.

Is the property in a ZTL (restricted traffic zone)?

The property is within the ZTL, active from 6 pm to midnight. You may enter by car briefly to unload luggage, by informing the attendant at the entrance and providing the property name.

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

For hygiene reasons and in consideration of other guests' potential allergies, pets are not permitted, including small animals.

Question 7

Do I need a car to get around the village?

Our properties are just a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. All of San Vito lo Capo's main attractions are easily reachable on foot. If you plan excursions to nearby towns (Erice, Macari beach, etc.), a vehicle will be needed.

Will my apartment be cleaned every morning?

As holiday homes, daily cleaning is not included. For stays longer than one week, a complimentary linen change is provided.
